Each year there are quite a number of Industrial Psychology graduates looking for Psychometric and Industrial Psychology internships. Perhaps we (as potential internship organisations) need to look at a national initiative to ensure that these graduates are placed and receive a quality internship.
I would very much appreciate your views and suggestions on this issue.
