Project: Survey on organisational needs
- This project looked at conducting a survey amongst organisations to determine what issues they faced when using assessments in the workplace. The results were presented at the 2007 SIOPSA Conference.
Project: Updating Code of Practice
- This project reviewed and updated the 1998 Code of Practice for practitioners using assessment instruments in industry. The updated Code was launched at the 2006 SIOPSA Conference.
Project: Code of practice
- This project established the code of practice for psychologists using psychological assessment in industry.
Project: Website
- This project looked at the establishment and ongoing maintenance of this website for the PAI.
Project: Developing Validation Criteria
- Project Leader - Hennie Kriek
- This team looked at establishing relevant standardised criteria against which psychological assessment can be measured.
Project: Education Workshops
- Project Leader - Benoit Raffray
- This project has set up a workshop on psychological assessment and this has been rolled out the regions (i.e. E. Cape and W. Cape).
Project: Marketing the PAI
- Project Leader - Pieter Fourie
- This project aims to increase the profile of the PAI amongst its members, prospective members and other stakeholders.
Project: Regional Branches of the PAI
- Project Leader - Yvette Esprey (W. Cape); Roelie van der Merwe (E. Cape)
- This project has set up three regional branches in the Western Cape, Eastern Cape and Gauteng to have regular regional meetings to discuss psychological assessment and related issues.
