The NEO User Group aims to look at how we use the NEO in South Africa. We therefore would like to invite all those people who use the NEO, who would like to use the NEO in the future, are just generally interested in the NEO as a tool to measure personality, and even those people who aren't committed to the NEO to the next meeting of the NEO User Group:

• Is it necessary to develop an South African version of the NEO ?
• Is it necessary to translate the NEO into the South African languages (if so, which languages) ?
• What validation is required for the South African population ?
• How is the NEO being applied in South Africa ?
• How successful is the NEO in South Africa ?
